Cozy apartment on the ground floor

Nice and cozy apartment, very quiet area. Easy parking. Air conditioning. Internet. Walking 6 minutes from the beach and 1 km from downtown. Next to Cambrils Padel Club with Bar - Restaurant. Two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. Fully equipped for short or long stays. Washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, 43" smart TV, wifi, Sony bluetooth. Terrace with countryside views, it's wonderful. Only small pets are allowed. The space The apartment is new, renovated in 2022. It is very cozy and tidy, with everything you need to be comfortable. In the kitchen you can have basic cooking items such as spices, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. It also has paper napkins, trash bags and dishwashing gel among other details. The price includes bed linen, bath and shower towels, toilet paper and bath gel. The internet and wifi connection is very good, it also has some board games. The beds are comfortable, the double bed is 150 wide and there are two bunk beds. It has mosquito nets in the bedrooms and kitchen. The balcony/terrace is great, very sunny and with an awning in case you want shade. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet. The entrance to the apartment is private. You can park at the door without a problem. It is 100 meters from the Padel Club and a 6-minute walk from the beach. The key handover can be flexible, you have to let us know what time you will arrive and half an hour before you arrive. Victoria will welcome you and show you the apartment so you can enjoy your stay. We have a community shower, ideal for when you come from the beach. There is also a communal room for bicycles (2 per apartment) Other things to note Large pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on the beds. Smoking inside rooms is forbidden. Jumping the balcony railing is forbidden.
