Waterfront vacation Lake house, with beach area and direct lake access! We have rocking chairs on front porch to relax, drinking a cup of drink in the morning, listening to bird singing! BBQ grill and large table on deck for outdoor eating when weather is nice. Spacious indoor living area for everyone spending time together making memories. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the property. Lake access with a dock, we provide a boat, and you’re welcome to bring your own boats/floats. The space This house has 3 stories, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms including 2 on the attic. All rooms are setup with ACs. A great living room with panoramic window overviewing backyard lake and woods, also a large TV to enjoy movies. There is a game room with bar area, equipped with arcade games and a large pool table. 2 kitchens are fully stocked with everything from pots, pans, utensils to coffee and tea. An open office space that has a monitor ready. There will be a welcome snacks provide to guests upon arrival. Guest access Please park your car in the driveways. Guests have access from the vacation house to our large backyard field, a small trail path in the woods, the beach area, and direct lake access in the backyard. A rowboat and life jackets are also provided by the lake. There are picnic tables and a fire pit area to enjoy on the beach, there is also a grill and a picnic table provided on the deck! Other things to note There are many activities around the neighborhood all year round such as white water rafting, kayaking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, music concerts, etc. 5 mins to food market and dollar general. Bunnies, deers, beavers, and groundhogs always hang around close by. It gets quiet at night times, very nice for star gazing! It is a perfect getaway place where to relax, enjoy with family and friends!
