You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site grills and cook up a great meal. There is lots of boating and wildlife activity, making dining on the lanai a wonderful evening experience. The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for quiet contemplation. The master bedroom offers a great night's rest on the new (2019) queen-sized bed and enjoys a private lanai access. Open the sliding glass door and breath in the sea air while you sleep. There's an en suite Master Bath. The guest bedroom en suite has twin beds and the guest bath has a walk in shower. The living area couch is a sleeper for 2. This unit includes its own washer/dryer and free WiFi. For your convenience, there is a building elevator, secured lobby and ample on-site parking. Bedroom TV's are smart TV's that connect to the WI-Fi so that you can get movies from Netflix etc. The heated beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park (abounding in nature walks and shelling on the beach). You can also walk north to Times Square (although you may want to drive or rent bicycles - it's about 6 miles away). There are shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer. Santini Plaza is north of Carlos Pointe by about a mile and also offers shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate. This condo is located on the fifth floor away from the pool. Sorry No Pets.
