The property has just been completed and offers a swimming pool available only to our guests. The farmhouse is located just 1 hour by car from Rome in a strategic position to reach all the beautiful villages of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The space Each apartment is completely independent with a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Free indoor parking space for each guest and swimming pool for the exclusive use of all guests of the property. Guest access The booked apartment will be for your exclusive use, the swimming pool will be shared with the other guests of the farmhouse (maximum 3 families). Other things to note It is highly recommended to have your own car to move freely in the beautiful surrounding areas.
