Our newly constructed Pinehurst village home combines classic cottage architecture with countless modern amenities expected by today's discerning guests. This charming home is highlighted by a spacious yard and a private courtyard, complete with a gas grill and casual seating for outdoor dining and entertaining. Scituate House is located in the heart of Pinehurst, steps from it all. Other things to note Any event at Scituate House where the number of guests in attendance (including those staying at the house) is greater than double the advertised occupancy requires prior approval from the owner. House parties are strictly prohibited.
