This property gives you a peaceful and secluded feel while being extremely centrally located. The backyard is equipped with a hot tub, grill, picnic table, & couch (seasonally) to fully enjoy nature, including the open park and Blue River behind you. This 2 br/1.5 ba is fully furnished and updated throughout with everything you’ll need for your vacation. It is 3 blocks off of Main Street, 2 blocks from Peak 9 lifts, and the Freeride stops on both sides of the house. Hiking trails around as well! The space This property is just as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. It is a 2br/1.5 bath with a king bed in one and queen in another. They are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with a private door for the shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll ever need. Off the downstairs hallway there is a half bath and beyond that is a laundry room with a brand new Samsung washer & dryer. The dining room, along with the living room has views of the forest and park you’re surrounded by. The tv has cable along with being equipped with all streaming apps. We offer a queen and twin size air mattress at request and ask that you do not sleep on the couch. Off of the living room the French doors lead to the back patio with unobstructed views of Warriors Mark Park. Blue river runs through, which you can hear from the patio. In the summer there is a grill, picnic table, couch, and fire pit to ensure you’re enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. During both the summer and winter you’ll have a brand new private hot tub outside of the door. We have a big private lawn to enjoy and the park behind the house also has grills next to the river. The driveway can fit 4 cars nicely if you all drive separately. Service dogs have been in the home, as well as some exceptions for others.
