There is a beautiful set of chairs for guests enjoy a coffee. The spacious kitchen is fully furnished with all the modern equipment to cover all your needs to prepare meals. Has an oven, a large fridge, freezer, electric stove, coffee maker, espresso machine and a microwave. The dining table is right next to the kitchen with a breathtaking artwork on display. The first floor has 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 which is bright and well aerated has 2 twin beds for 2 guests, a sofa, a desk and chair for work, a flat-screen TV, storage space for personal property and access to the balcony with sea view and below. The Master bedroom with large floor to ceiling doors is bright, well aerated and has a large balcony where guests can relax as they enjoy the sea view. It has a double bed for 2 guests, flat-screen TV, storage space and a private bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 decorated in pinks, has a sofa bed for 1 guest, a flat-screen Tv, storage space and access to the balcony with a view of the sea and below. There is one fully furnished bathroom with a shower and tastefully decorated in the shades of pink. Along the stair case to the basement floor there is one WC for guests in the shades of grey. They are 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms each on this floor. Bedroom 4 in the shades of green, has a double bed for 2 guests, air-conditioner, storage space, access to the balcony and a private bathroom in different tile shades. Bedroom 5, painted in the shade of lime green has 2 twin beds for 2 guests, storage space, air-conditioner, access to the balcony and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Bedroom 6 in the different shades of yellow has a double bed for 2 guests, air-conditioner, access to the balcony and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. The 2nd master bedroom which is spacious, has a round bed, flat-screen tv, air-conditioner, access to the balcony door with a scenic view, storage space and a private bathroom with a shower. On this floor guests will find a utility room with a washing machine and drier. The exterior of the villa is surrounded by trees, flowers and grass all carefully trimmed and maintained. The back patio of the villa has the most exciting part of the villa which is the swimming pool and jacuzzi easily accessed from the ground floor of the villa with the breathtaking view of the sea. Next is the barbeque place and a small outdoor living area with a dining table and comfortable outdoor sofa to relax out. On the other side of the pool guests will find sunbeds as they relax out on the patio. At the front of the villa, there is ample parking space. The villa is ideal for a large family (If there are extra infants or Children please notify us) or a group of friends to share the house for an unforgettable experience. It provides all the facilities of modern living whilst allowing you to enjoy your privacy in the large rooms. Supervision upon community concerns: In case of reports from neighboring properties or signs of potentially improper use in the outdoor areas, a stay supervisor from Mr. Dimitris’ team may be authorized to inspect the premises — always with prior guest consent and coordinated timing.
