Four people in 2x king size beds and two people on the extra large sofa bed in the living room. Ideally suited to a small family. Well located for exploring all the West Cornwall beaches and attractions. The space Ground Floor Open plan living-room and dining area. TV and sound system. Sofa can be used as a king size sofa bed. Step through to the kitchen, with fan oven and gas cooker and desk. Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink. Utility room has a chest freezer, clothes washer & dryer, storage. First Floor Bedroom 1 with king size bed. Bedroom 2 with king size bed. Bathroom 2 with bath, WC and wash-basin. Outside Front: Large driveway for 3 vehicles, blue slate walkway and herb garden. Rear: Large and enclosed garden with lawn, outdoor seating area and fire pit. Outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after the beach. Other things to note The cottage is a few minutes drive from Gwithian, Godrevy and Hayle beaches and a short drive to St Ives. Plenty of surfing and beach options within 10 minutes. Transport, supermarkets and pubs are all nearby. Walk to the park, skatepark, pubs, shops, pasties, and birdwatching along the Hayle estuary. Close to most attractions, only a short drive away to St Ives. Visit the Tate Museum and enjoy a cream tea at Porthmeor Café. Enjoy Porthminster Beach and Porthmeor Beach as well as evening strolls at Godrevy. Lots of lovely restaurants and hidden gems such as The Makers Bakery and Lula Cafe. Hayle is a quiet town, so after spending the day in a busy town such as St Ives, it is lovely to come back to Hayle to relax at the cottage.
