Parking space for small car available in front of the property. Roadside parking bays also available nearby. Wifi available. Easy to access the M8 Uphall (Edinburgh - Glasgow railway line) is a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive & free parking. See guidebook for local attractions The space Guest suite consists of two self- contained spacious front rooms of a traditional cottage (built 1907) The Living Room and Mini Kitchen area has: - Table top oven (double electric stove and oven) - Microwave, kettle, toaster - Fridge - Equipped with pots, plates cutlery, etc. - Sofa - Dining table and 4 chairs The King Size Bedroom has: - Comfortable king size bed - Ensuite with shower basin and toilet - please note some guests have found the space to enter this en-suite bathroom restrictive, particularly at the sink/ toilet area - however they found the shower enclosure more spacious - Washing machine and utility sink area (in the far corner of the bedroom) - Hoover, clothes drying rack - Wardrobes and Drawers - Wall mounted TV and firestick. Bedding and towels provided. No areas are shared with the family who occupy the rest of the house except the front door access. The property is on the main road through a village, traffic noise may be noticed during rush hour times. Guests have found this a comfortable base to access Edinburgh attractions/ events or as a base to commute from when working locally. Guest access Guests will have a front door key which gives immediate access to the guest suite. A key is also provided for the guest suite for guests to keep belongings secure.
