Peaceful spacious country barn with amazing views

Gunbanks Farm TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful horseshoe balls. The space The barn has a large sociable living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining/work area and comfortable sofas over looking fields and a small lake through floor to ceiling windows. A modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The main bedroom having a large kingsized bed, dressing table, full size mirror, cot, hanging space and the smaller one with two large single beds with a small dressing table and hanging area. Stairs take you upstairs to the apartment. It is in a beautiful rural setting with a working forge next door. You can occasionally see farriers and a blacksmith at work. It is tucked away down a country lane and located in an AOB. It lies within the grounds of our property but you have your own garden space to sit in and enjoy the views. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the seating area outside of the apartment below the windows. New garden furniture was added last summer. There is a small designated private area of garden for you to enjoy with a lawn and patio. Enjoy the stunning views overlooking the small lake along with the surrounding mature gardens and fields beyond the estate fencing. We would really appreciate you take notice of Private signs and thank you for your respect. Also please do not play ball games in the gardens as plants are very precious to us! The barn is detached and set away from the main house where I live with my family and red fox labradors Secure and safe parking for 2 cars is located to the right of the barn. Other things to note Please note this is not called Gunbanks Forge! It is Gunbanks Farm. We are situated down a long private drive away from the lane. A car is essential as it is very rural. The barn is secure and safe behind electric gates. The apartment is quiet and private and peaceful. Please ignore the current address under my location. If you put in Harrietts dog parlour in google maps it will bring you straight to my property. There is an array of wrought iron products ranging from plant supports to horseshoe balls for sale made by my husband. You will see them dotted around the garden. My daughter in law also make beautiful pottery which is also for sale. We grow our own vegetables and fruit here as well as keeping chickens. Eggs and produce in season is available for purchase also.
