Charming, small cottage in beautiful and quiet Timmernabben with the bay just outside the window. Walking path outside that can take you to grocery store, restaurant, swimming area and bus. Small patio with kettle grill. The space The cottage is small and designed as a room. Small but well-planned, about 23 square meters in size. Small kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and more. New kitchen in 2025. Toilet w shower. Family bed/bunk bed with wider bottom (90/120 x 200 cm) suitable for 2-3 people. The cottage is good for 1-2 people, but we also allow 3 guests (for example, two adults and one child). Bring own sheets and towels. As a guest, you are responsible for dishes and cleaning. Guest access Own cottage on our plot with own small barbecue area and possibility to park the car. Other things to note Timmernabben is a quiet, small coastal community with about 1,400 inhabitants. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Kalmar - a lovely summer town with life and movement! Municipal swimming area with beach (open in summer) is about a 10-minute walk away. A small jetty is also outside the cottage, but the bathing quality during the high summer can vary there and therefore it is not always possible to swim just outside the cottage.
