Welcome to our cozy tiny house. Private Gate leads to your private loft studio and spacious outdoor patio. Centrally located in Santa Cruz, just a short drive or bike ride to the beach (1.5 miles) mountains and hiking close too Close to Capitola Village (2miles) and Santa Cruz’s Downtown (3miles) nestled away from the tourist. Full kitchen and washer/dryer to make you feel at home. Main house is a young family so no parties or late nights please The space Private small detached studio. Loft bedroom, must be able to climb ladder to get to bed area. Fold out couch is on ground level. Bathroom has shower stall. Small gas stove and range in fully stocked kitchen. Small refrigerator with freezer. Living room has tv with Chromcast, so you can stream from your phone/tablet. Outdoor living space perfect for meals and relaxing with table, chairs and sun chair. Guest access Guest have access to studio and outdoor patio. Main house has separate entrance and private yard separated by fence/gate. Other things to note Again. Must be able to climb ladder to get to loft bedroom. And main house is a young family, children will be playing next door in the day and sleeping early. We ask that you respect noise levels in the evening
