A perfect home base for exploring one of Vancouver’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, with easy access to transit and downtown Vancouver. The space The bedroom features a queen mattress and a large closet with luggage rack and hangers. The living room features a comfortable couch, a 50" Smart TV, and a pop up work station. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a new fridge and gas range. Other appliances include a microwave, Nespresso machine and toaster. There is no dishwasher. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided. Ideal for 1-2 adults and a small child. Travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to a private unit with a separate entrance. The backyard and other outdoor space on the property is not available to guests. Other things to note There is plenty of free street parking available throughout the neighborhood and on the surrounding blocks. While some signs indicate “Residents Only,” parking restrictions are not enforced. Please note that our family lives upstairs in the main house, and some noise may occasionally travel between floors.
