You'll find a desk for office work and a beautiful kitchen. We have ample parking and you'll have access to our HOA waterfront parks. We provide 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 2 lawn chairs, 1 pop up canopy, and life vests. Outdoors you'll find a nice seating area for relaxing or grilling. You'll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, forced air heat and AC, a large cable TV, Keurig coffee, microwave, oven, cookware, convection air fryer and beautiful bedding to make you feel you are at home. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. You’ll have a key to our private park at the lake which is only 1 block away. Bring the kayak or just take your picnic lunch. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding is the best on the warm end of Lake Tapps. Washer an dryer included. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet and can connect you directly to the router. The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. You’ll be just inside a private gated residence. Your house is not on the water, but you can see the water from your house. Access to our waterfront has to be rented separately, but you’ll have a key to both of private parks just 4 blocks away. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first door on your left. We live on the property but won’t be bothering you. If you have needs just let us know. The guesthouse is set in a quiet peaceful neighborhood called Tacoma Point, just one mile from the Lakeland Hills shopping center. We are off the beaten path and on the water, so traffic is very light. There are parks nearby, shopping at the Supermall, several great restaurants and Hagen Grocery is just 1 mile away. We have ample parking on the property within the gate. You'll have 2 parking spots. If you need more spots for some reason ask and we'll see if we can help. We have two parking spaces at the front door. Other vehicles will have to park outside the gate.
