Find comfort and excellence in our beautiful 1200 sf guesthouse in our gated property. It is perfect for your get away or family gathering. There’s a desk for office work, a beautiful kitchen and ample parking. Outdoors a gas bbq, table, chairs and umbrella for relaxing. You're close to the White River Amphitheatre and Seatac airport. People live on our waterfront so it's not available, but other parks are nearby. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The space You'll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, heat and AC, a large cable TV, Keurig coffee with pods, microwave, oven, cookware, convection air fryer and beautiful bedding to make you feel you are at home. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. Washer and dryer included. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet. Guest access The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. You’ll be just inside a private gated residence. Your house is not on the water, but you can see the water from your house. Private access to our waterfront has to be rented separately, but there parks nearby. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first house on your left. We'll send you a door code as your time to rent nears. We do our best to provide a great stay. Please reach out to us if there is anything to fix or care for. If we fall below a 4.7 rating we could be removed from the platform, so help us serve you by telling us quickly if you have any problems. We hope to earn a 5 star review and fix anything you notice while staying. Other things to note We have two parking spaces at your front door. Other vehicles can park outside the gate. There's a large front porch (two steps up). Super large hallway and spacious.
