The space The residence is a 3-storey house, sleeps 6 p. in its 3 bedrooms, while there is additional capacity for two more people to be accommodated. Bedrooms are served by two bathrooms. A comfortable living room is located at ground floor and a large dining area for up to 8 people connected with an open space kitchen, fully equipped to serve the daily needs of a modern family. In the basement there is a spacious living room serving as playroom as well. All rooms are air-conditioned, have access to the outside area and are modernly equipped with all comforts. The spacious paved outdoor yard and garden provide for relaxing hours. The balcony, serving as outdoor dining area, provides unobstructed view of the bay of Megali Amos- Kanala. The sandy beach of Megali Amos, which is accessible via a 90m path from the accommodation, but also by car, is ideal for swimming providing natural shade as well as organized beach amenities. All day snack bars and taverns on the beach offer a unique experience of enjoying a drink or eating on the sand until late at night. Guest access Kythnos island is connected daily with the ports of Lavrio (1,5 h.) and Piraeus (3 h.). Frequent local transportation is available from Kanala village to the port of Merichas (10 km), Dryopis village (7 km) and Chora, the capital of the island (6 km). Also all distances are served by taxi. The relatively small size of the island, allows its exploration from end to end, through short routes and the road network is adequate and leads to unique lonely beaches as well as to the cosmopolitan ones (Kolona, Apokrousi, Episkopi).
