Recently renovated 1950's ranch-style home with stunning mountain views, kidney-shaped pool and hot tub. Outdoor terraces and seating areas are scattered amongst mature oak, orange, avocado and lemon trees. In-ground trampoline and bocce too ! The East End is sublimely quiet and this is a quiet rental - we ask that you have no guests additional to those on the booking , no more than 3 cars and no parties. Vaulted ceilings, chefs kitchen, plastered floors, modern furnishings. The primary master in main house has its own terrace opening to back yard; it has a king bed, a daybed and a spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. The secondary bedroom is on the other side of Great room in main house; it has a king bed and a uses the hallway bathroom. The studio is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance, accessible from front patio and driveway. It is furnished with a queen bed, chaise sofa and bistro table; it has a stunning bathroom with steam shower, wet bar and its own terrace. We've equipped the house with all the amenities and details that we enjoy day to day. Avocado mattresses, organic Coyuchi linens, Turkish towels for the pool, handmade ceramic dishes, etc. OUTSIDE // This one-acre property is abundant with beautiful nature, fruit trees and mountain views. Mature orange, avocado and lemon orchards fruit year-round, with many other seasonal fruit trees. Chairs and boulders scattered throughout for taking in different parts of the property. The front terrace has a large dining table, a lounge area, a bench and some kids rocking chairs. There is also a smaller dining table under an oak tree in the side yard. The pool was recently renovated with Heath tiles; it has a shading pergola over lounge and dining spaces. In-ground trampoline, bocci court, play structure and tree swing provide ample fun. Guest access Guests have private access to entire home, grounds and pool. Other things to note We use all natural cleaning products by Koala Eco and free & clear unscented detergent.
