Here you have proximity to everything - sun & swimming, kayaking, hiking trails, bike trails, shopping, cafe etc. Short distance to pearls such as restaurant Lilla Varvet (2 min by ferry) "Handelsmann Flink", Rågårdsvik, Grundsund and Fiskebäckskil, plus 4-5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive. The space In the main cabin there is a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms with double beds as well as exit to a cozy garden room with dining table and large corner sofa. In the small cottage there is sleeping space for 2 and in the carport there is sleeping space for 1 person.
