Escape to Le Paradis, a Mauritian style complex featuring white villas with thatched awnings, set along the very popular 5km promenade in Ballito, conveniently situated near restaurants, bars and a grocery store. It offers many luxury facilities which will ensure a comfortable stay. This apartment is listed with Ballito Accommodation which has been providing luxury accommodation since 1983. The space This lovely first floor apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, (one full en-suite and one with a bath and shower combo), sleeps six in one queen size, one double and two single beds for which linen is provided. This Mauritius -style complex has white villas with thatched awnings, is situated on the beachfront close to the Ballito CBD and is on the five-kilometer sea-front promenade. There are two comfortable size balconies both with outstanding breaker views and there is a Weber braai available. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. There lounge has a smart TV with Netflix and uncapped WIFI. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The securely fenced and gated swimming pool as well as kiddies pool is in the central garden area of the complex. A lock-up garage is available for your vehicle as well as extra guest parking on the premises. This complex is secure and is accessed by remote control. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a self-catering apartment, but we would be happy to supply cleaning services. Linen and towels will be changed on the 8th day, but you are welcome to request additional changes (Please note that additional charges apply to cleaning and towel and linen changes). There is a beach gate on the property which leads directly onto the beach and the 5 km promenade. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in, the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further).
