It has an equipped kitchen, private bathroom and access to the pool, jacuzzi and large common areas to enjoy during your stay. The space Our property is a spacious mansion-type house transformed into a cozy lodging space. It is surrounded by extensive green areas that offer a quiet atmosphere to rest and disconnect from the rhythm of the city. We have 24-hour face-to-face attention to provide support throughout your stay. We have 21 completely private lofts. Each accommodation has its own spaces and comforts; only outdoor areas and common areas are shared with other guests. Guest access The common areas have been designed for rest, remote work and interaction between travelers. You can enjoy a swimming pool with waterfall, heated jacuzzi, green spaces and a coworking area ideal for meetings or working days. Shared areas include reception, parking, corridors, coworking, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gardens. As an additional benefit, we offer free laundry service under the following conditions: • One wash for each night of accommodation. • The amount of clothes must fit inside the laundry bag available in the loft. • It does not include special treatments or garments that require particular handling. If these conditions are met, the service has no additional cost. Tips for our team are completely voluntary. Other things to note Short stays do not include daily cleaning. If your reservation is for six nights or more, our team will carry out a scheduled cleaning in the middle of the stay. The capacity indicated in the announcement corresponds to the maximum number of guests authorized to stay inside the loft. For security and control reasons, only people included in the reservation may enter the property. Additional guests generate charges in accordance with the house rules.
