The patio

Between Grasse and Valbonne, in the village of Plascassier. (Plascassier is a town in Grasse) - Very quiet residential neighborhood. - We park easily and for free on our street or, if the height of your car allows it, in your driveway. (private gate + keypad) - In the immediate vicinity: bakeries, gas station, launderette (no washing machine in the apartment), supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand. Rentals are made in the name of the renter only. Maximum stay: 3 weeks. The space Small upstairs apartment in a detached house. Ideal for couple. - Fully renovated, - South facing, - Air-conditioned, - Functional kitchen, - View of the rose/jasmine farm from the living room and bedroom, - Patio for 100% private use (no vis-à-vis from the owners, no other guests), - Independent bedroom with 140 bed and dressing room. Guest access Guests use a separate entrance to the apartment and patio. Check-in from 6pm and checkout before 10am. (please let me know if you need more flexibility based on reservations) I'll give you the keys myself to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we kindly ask guests to leave the apartment in a respectful condition (take out the trash, wash and put away the dishes, clean the toilets, and remove crumbs from the table). Strictly non-smoking accommodation. An ashtray is available outside.
