(Plascassier is a municipality of Grasse) - Very quiet residential neighborhood. - You can park easily and free of charge on our street or, if the height of your car allows, in your driveway. (private gate + digicode) - In the immediate vicinity: bakeries, gas station, laundromat (no washing machine in the apartment), supermarket, tobacco, newsstand. The space Small apartment upstairs of a detached house. Perfect for a couple. - Completely renovated, - South-facing, - Air-conditioned, - Functional kitchen, - Garden view and rose/jasmine cultivation from the living room and bedroom, - Patio for 100% private use (not overlooked by the owners, no other guests), - Independent bedroom with 140 bed and dressing room. Guest access Guests use a separate entrance to the apartment and patio. Check-in from 6pm and checkout before 10am. (please let me know if you need more flexibility based on reservations) I'll give you the keys myself to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask guests to respect the cleanliness of the premises. No smoking allowed.
