The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Entertainment abounds in the arcade room, complete with: Foosball table Bowling Giant Connect4 Five gaming platforms As evening falls, gaze at the stars through the provided telescope. This home comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: One King bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: One Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds and one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4: Three Twin-over-Queen bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its amenities. This includes: The entire interior of the house. Two large decks furnished with lounge chairs and a swinging chair. A massive, covered ground-floor patio. Access to the Singing Sands private community beach, just over 110 steps away. Access to the private subdivision swimming pool. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times are strictly enforced unless a different time has been previously agreed upon. Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be e-signed before your door code is released. Security Hold: A $500 security hold will be placed on your card 3 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages occur. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. Condiments, zip locks, coffee, shampoo/conditioner are not provided at the rental Items Not Provided: Please note that condiments, zip-top bags, coffee, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. Community Pool: The community pool may occasionally be closed for maintenance or repairs outside of our control. No compensation can be offered if the pool is unavailable. Internet Service: The Wi-Fi signal is weaker in the bunk bedroom. The internet service in the Crystal Beach area can also experience occasional outages, for which the host is not responsible. Window Blinds: The blinds on a window in the upstairs twin bunk room are damaged. A replacement is on backorder. By booking, you acknowledge this condition. Kitchen Wine Cooler: Currently the wine cooler is out of service as the weather stripping broke off so it does not retain the cool air in. We have removed it from the listing due to this while we are waiting for parts. Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Cleaning: No confetti and glitter is allowed to be used at the house. RV/Campers are not allowed on the property Security cameras are installed at the property for insurance and safety purposes. Tampering of cameras will result in the immediate termination of guest booking with no refund. The device does not have any voice recording abilities and is solely measuring noise levels to prevent excessively loud parties that violate the rules of the neighborhood. Guests are not allowed to use the cargo elevator at anytime. Tampering with the cargo elevator, lockbox, or control module will result in the immediate termination of the guest booking with no refund. No grill is provided on the property. Crystal Beach only has a volunteer fire department and several houses burned down last year due to fire department not reaching them in time. Booking our property is acknowledging that no grill will be provided. RV/Campers are not allowed on the property Patio Swing Chair currently unavailable. Previous guests jumped on it and it became a safety hazard. Currently waiting on new chair to be built and installed
