Take a look at our renewed, nicely furnished and well equipped Studio with balcony. You will find it being a perfect place for your either short term or a long term stay, having a breathtaking garden. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of Budva. Places of interest such as bars, restaurants, clubs, a shopping center, beaches etc. are 5-10 minutes distanced from our unit. The space Our Cozy place studio offers all items needed for a carefree stay, featuring the air-conditioning, heating, small dining area, free Wi-Fi, small patio with a sitting area, bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, iron, free parking, etc. Living area contains of the full sized bed, with the linens and towels provided, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe with the hangers. Small kitchen has cooking basics provided for your perfect meal. This studio apartment is 15 square meters big and it can accommodate 2 people. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The space is private and not shared with others. Other things to note Check in at 2pm and check out is at 10am. We are kindly asking all our guests to let us know about their approximate time of arrival so we can prepare everithing for their smooth check in. City tax is not included in the price and is charged at 1.00 EUR per person, per day. We can assist You with organizing excursions, transfer from airports (Tivat, Podgorica, Dubrovnik), rent a car, rent a boat.
