Plenty of snow and awesome trails for snowmobiling. The space The bedroom has 2 twin beds with twin to king bed bridge. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa that is amazingly comfortable with memory foam and topper. Pleasant view of lake from garage top. Clean and comfortable with a heat pump for heat or air conditioning. One hundred feet of lake frontage with aluminum dock. The water level is shallow during dry conditions in late summer.
