The space Discover a spacious, quiet, and cozy suite in a loft-style room of 27 square meters, complete with a 4 square meter balcony overlooking Calle El Conde. In the 1960s, our grandmother Adela and father Franklin built this building on Calle El Conde, initially operating it as a furniture and decorations store named Casa Adefra, derived from their initials. In 2019, our family began the renovation of the building to establish a shopping mall and nine suite and loft-style apartments. Staying true to its origins, we retained the name Casa Adefra, reflecting the building’s rich history. Guest access Upon arrival, a staff member will welcome you and assist with check-in. You’ll enter your room using a code sent the day before. Inside your room, you'll find a token, which you will use to access the building. Other things to note BREAKFAST: We are pleased to offer two delightful breakfast options, served on the terrace from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Room service is available for an additional cost: 1. Classic Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, bread, choice of coffee, juice, or tea. 2. Healthy Breakfast: Fruit plate, yogurt, choice of coffee, juice, or tea.
