Smoking is possible on terraces, as well as a microwave on request. A private terrace with garden area and garden furniture is available to each apartment. Free parking is also available. In our front vacation home, built on Minslebener Straße, you will find a ground-level vacation apartment "Victoria" furnished with attention to detail, equipped for 2 adults, additional occupancy for children on request in the bedroom with 1 guest bed or 1 baby bed. For our youngest guests, a high chair can be provided free of charge. Both apartments (apartment 1 - Moritz and apartment 2 - Victoria) are accessible on request with a connecting door in the hallway, for a maximum occupancy of *contact info removed* people. The apartments are ground level and accessible! Hygiene protective covers for pillows and mattresses are standard with us. We provide a microwave on request as well as a medical shower chair or handles for shower/toilet. Bathrooms: The bathroom with glazed shower, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic set, bathrobe and cosmetic tissue box is reminiscent of stays in the hotel with its comfort. Space for your personal hygiene items can be found on the exclusive mineral cast washbasin. Our special extra for you: the bathroom set with small cosmetic items for TWO - free of charge! Underfloor heating provides pleasant and constant warmth in the bathroom, the towel warmer is also available. The shower entrance is at ground level and barrier-free, and a stool offers additional storage space. A medical shower stool is available and can be provided on request. Terrace: A terrace with garden directly accessible from the living area is part of the apartment.
