'Here it is - Tiny house' - independent space in a detached house, Nijmegen. Breakfast €5.75 at 'Meneer Vos'. Extra bed for 3rd person. Close to Goffertpark, hospitals, HAN/Radboud, shopping center and nature. The city center can be reached by bicycle and bus. Ground floor with private entrance. Free parking in the street. 'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + minibar', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ. The space It is a fully independent 2-room apartment (35m2) built in 2021 with its own entrance in trendy Nijmegen. Everything is brand new. As Airbnb hosts, we are easy-going, flexible, and sociable people. The apartment is adjacent to the shared, very quiet garden room and garden; where you can quietly read a book or enjoy the sun. Lots of privacy and (evening) rest. The house is completely gas-free, well insulated and electrically heated (including water). The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator and induction hob. Also equipped with practical kitchen utensils. There are plenty of towels and shampoos available in the bathroom with rain shower and washing machine. Free coffee and tea (from our own garden) available. There is a double, very comfortable, bed and a second bed can be realized on the couch for, for example, a guest. Free WiFi, TV with chromecast and there are city bicycles that can be used. The garden is equipped with a hot water shower and several seating areas. For breakfast/lunch we have a collaboration with 'Meneer Vos' (two minutes walk). You get a 10% discount on breakfast or lunch. Mr. Vos is open from 9:00 AM during the week and from 10:00 AM on weekends. Guest access Free parking nearby with more than enough space. The center is 10 minutes by bike. Supermarket and other shops are a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop to the center within 2 minutes walking distance. A train station is a 15-minute walk away. Nature can be found from our house at: 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by bike. We can provide you with the beautiful places ;) Other things to note We have 3 cats (Maine Coons) and 1 dog (Samoyed) which often come into the garden room and garden. The pets do NOT come into the studio and are extremely sweet/affectionate/social. All linen is washed/dried in a separate washing machine which is not located in the house. Storage of the linen is in an area where the pets do not come. Children are of course welcome and can sleep in their own bed.
