The space Your room is my living room — transformed into your private bedroom when you stay here. It has a proper door for privacy, a comfy sofa bed (140×200), table, wardrobe, and A/C. We share the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. While the apartment isn’t large (55 m²), it’s full of soul — and many guests say it feels like home. The apartment is in a quiet residential area near the lake and is extremely well connected by public transport (trains, trams, buses, and boats). Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Distances: ~13 min to Zurich Main Station (HB) ~35 min to Zurich Airport Parking: There’s no private parking on-site for cars or motorbikes. Zurich does not offer free public parking — all city options are paid. • White Zone: In front of the building. CHF 0.50/hour, max. 2 hours. Free overnight (20:00–09:00) and Sundays. • Blue Zone: Behind the building. Requires a city-issued parking card (≈ CHF 15.00/day). Must be arranged in advance (just search online "Zurich Parking Blaue Zone". • Long-stay: Nearest option is Parkplatz Strandbad Wollishofen, 1 km away. Laundry: Laundry facilities are in the building (shared with others), CHF 5 per load. If you need to machine-dry, I provide a dryer in your room — free of charge. During your stay Let’s be honest: this place is a little different. The apartment is only 55 m², and it’s just too small to pretend we don’t exist to each other. That’s why my listing thrives on personal connection, which you’ll quickly grasp if you read the reviews. It’s not just about a bed — it’s about presence. Energy. Vibe. About Me (and Sometimes, Us) I'm Brazilian, based in Zurich since 2006. I speak Portuguese, English, and get by in German and Spanish. Hosting is my favourite “part-time job” and probably why I’ve hosted hundreds of people — many who’ve returned again, some who stayed in touch, and a few who became much more than guests. Michael (my husband) sometimes joins. He splits his time at our other flat, outside the city. You might catch him enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony — or end up chatting with him about hikes, bikes, or swims in the lake. Day to day, though, I’m usually your main point of contact. I do this myself to keep the space fresh and comfortable for both of us. We’ll agree on the day in advance. This condition is part of my House Rules and needs to be confirmed before I approve your request. I’ll send the fee via Airbnb once you accept.
