Main level: Heated garage with laundry area and storage for winter or summer outdoor equipment. First floor: Full kitchen, dining table area, and living room with pull-out couch. Door to patio and BBQ. 1/2 bath. Second floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and full bath with windows facing the stream, and second bedroom with walk-in closet and queen bed with view of front of condo and pool area. Full bath at top of stairs, bunk bed (bottom full, top twin). Please note, this space is open to the hallway between the two bedrooms and adjacent to the shared bathroom. It is not enclosed and does not include a closing door. Guest access With this condo you can park 1 car in the garage and there are parking spaces directly across from the unit. Other things to note No pets allowed. Stairs: YES - two flights of stairs. No sleeping arrangements on the ground floor. This home is not wheelchair accessible. Please keep in mind this home is heated by gas and has a gas fireplace. There is no air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and floor fans in each closet. Pool and hot tub are directly across from the condo for guests to utilize all year round. Getting around: Condo is nestled slightly downhill so your walk to town will be slightly uphill. Quick drive otherwise. There are sidewalks within Government Camp but no sidewalks in the Collins Lake condo area.
