The monthly room rental fee includes room cleaning service fees(once a week). 1,500 baht per month for all utility charges are not included. 2. A security deposit of 3,000baht for a monthly rental and 1,000baht for a daily rental will be paid at the start of renting by guest. Deposit will be returned upon check out. 3. For monthly and weekly guests, welcome amenities( shampoo, shawer gel, soap, toilet paper, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair cap, and ear pick) are provided only 1 time on the arrival date. After that, guests have to buy themselves. 4. Smoking is strongly prohibited indoors even at the balcony.
