(Suitable for couples and friends without children/child free, pets not allowed) The space Our property is located on the second and top floor of a building renovated in 2005. The apartment was fully renovated between 2021 and 2022. The total area is 45 m2. It is dual-aspect, very bright and quiet. The fully equipped kitchen/dining area, overlooking the main street, is sunny from morning until afternoon. The bedroom and open bathroom have sea views and views of the Verdelet. Beautiful colors can be seen in the evening from all the rooms since the partition that separates the bedroom from the living room is a single-glazed canopy, entirely custom-made in a Breton workshop. A double linen/cotton curtain allows you to hide the spaces for more privacy if needed. The designer toilet is separated from the bathroom and located outside the bedroom. It is a very pleasant apartment and ideal for a long weekend or a vacation for two in our beautiful Brittany. We designed and decorated it to our tastes.
