The Claremont Hotel Adult Only - Small Single Room

The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included. The space This is a small single room within a boutique hotel. The Room can accommodate One Adult (18+). It has a single bed, smart tv, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge with fresh milk, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, portable fan, and a private en suite shower room with a sink and toilet. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are also included. Guest access This Room is located within a Boutique Hotel. There is a shared Breakfast Room, a shared lounge with an honesty bar and hot drinks machine available 24/7, and a shared sun terrace patio at the front of the Hotel, overlooking the village street. Other things to note Check In Information: Guestrooms are accessible from 3pm. However you are very welcome to park in our Private Hotel Car Park, and collect your keys from 11am on your day of arrival. Reception closes at 5pm, as we are just a small family-run hotel. We do not offer Check-in after this time. However if you are expecting to arrive after 5pm or if you experience delays on your journey to us, simply give us a call and we can provide an alternative Telephone Check-In. Dog Friendly: This Room is dog friendly. Please be aware that there is an additional fee of £12 per dog, per night, which is paid on arrival at Check in. This includes a welcome pack on arrival and a sausage each morning at breakfast. Additionally we have dog bowls, towels and blankets available for you to use during your stay. We kindly ask all Dog Owners to agree to and sign a copy of our Doggy House Rules at Check-In (please see additional photos). Accessibility Information: Reception is located up a flight of steps from the street and all of the rooms are located up further flights of stairs on the first and second floor. This Room is located on the second floor. As is typical of old Cornish buildings, the stairs to the rooms are narrow and steep and we do not have a lift.
