The space A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP: We know that the most important thing for people renting a place on AirBnB is to get a good place to sleep. Feedback from previous guests is that there are consistently good mattresses. The brand new mattress (from November 1, 2022) in the master bedroom upstairs is probably the one guests will fight the most for😄 Imagine coming in from a cold evening in the snow, where you have been woken up by a spectacular show of the Northern Lights - Aurora Borealis - in the starry sky, and then crawling under a thick, fluffy and warm winter duvet with soft flannel, and putting your head on a soft and good pillow. That's cozy! Since I am quite tall myself, I know how much comfort it is that the duvet is long enough, so therefore the new duvets we have invested in are also extra long (220 cm). There are new digitally programmable panel heaters in the bedrooms, which automatically adjust and adapt the temperature for day and night. "THE WAY TO THE HEART IS THROUGH THE STOMACH": We believe that one of the great advantages of renting a house on AirBnB, instead of staying in a hotel, is that you can make good meals yourself. Therefore, we think it is important that there is a well-equipped kitchen. We have frying pans of good quality. There is an induction hob. There is plenty of kitchen utensils, knives, etc. There is a coffee maker of the best quality (Moccamaster). There is a kettle, toaster, toaster, waffle iron, etc., and not least a basic selection of spices. We think you will find most of what you need to be able to conjure up good meals. SHORT DISTANCE TO MOST THINGS: Most of the guests we have, whether they are tourists or working people, want to stay centrally and that it is quick and easy to get around. We constantly get feedback that the house has a very good location in terms of it being very easy to find, the bus station for the area is close by so it is easy both by car and bus to get into the city center and the city feeling, while the house is close to nature with fantastic hiking opportunities right outside the door! You can walk straight from the house to get to the mountains on foot or on skis, or along the roads by bike. It is a very much used starting point for bike tours north and south on Kvaløya (highway). Play areas and football pitches for the children 2 min away in the school area which is located right behind the house. This is the house for both friends, work colleagues, city people, fitness enthusiasts, families with children and outdoor people! Guest access Large garden with access to barbecue and relaxation outside. Short distance to the primary and secondary school areas with football pitch, sandpit, playground etc. Shared entrance (outer entrance) with a small apartment where a young pleasant couple lives. There are, of course, separate lockable entrances to the two units. Good parking just outside the house or in front of the garage.
