It has two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) a complete bathroom with bathtub, a pleasant living room with dining area (table and chairs), relaxation area with sofa -bed and television, and a well-equipped American kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven-grill, hob, microwave, etc... and an American bar. A large bay window in the living room allows this rental to be particularly bright and opens the living room onto the terrace. Comfortably equipped, this apartment includes air conditioning in the living room, a wifi Internet connection, household linen (sheets and towels are optional +10€ per person). There isn't parking spot but there are free place in the streets around. It stands on the first floor (elevator) of a beautiful family residence with a large community area where you'll find a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's pool with sun beds and outdoor showers, green zones with palm trees and a children playground for the youngest ones. This residence turns out to be ideal for families who wish to spend their holidays in a natural frame, close to the beach. It stands in the quiet family residential area of Cap Salou, privileged spot famous for the beauty of its landscape and for its amazing creeks with crystal water. You'll find there all kinds of facilities to have a pleasant stay: little supermarkets, bars – restaurants, access to the shows available in the hostels closeby, bus stops with 24-24 regular lines to the centres of Salou and/or La Pineda, go to the Port Aventura theme park or visit the cities of Tarragona, Reus and Barcelona. Only 450 metres from the pretty sand creek of Cala Font with its bar – restaurant and its sun beds, to be rent, this property stands about 1 km from the beautiful beach of Cala Crancs, perfectly fitted out to enjoy the sunny days. Cap Salou is a quiet and family residential area standing about 1,5 km from La Pineda's tourist centre and 2,5 kms more or less from Salou's centre. With its lighthouse, natural frame surrounded by high maritime pines and amazing crystal water creeks, Cap Salou is perfect for swimming, walks with privileged viewpoints and shadow spots, little convenience stores (restaurants, bars, little supermarkets, etc...), children playgrounds and many bus stops. The beaches and creeks in Cap Salou, such as Cala Font and Cala Crancs for instance, are surveyed during the summer and have been fitted out with showers, bar-restaurant or beach hut, and sun beds. Starting from Salou's lighthouse, a pedestrian path "Cami de Ronda" connect with one another all the beaches along the ledge to reach Salou's tourist centre. The beaches in La Pineda also are easily accessible by feet or by car. The different tourist activities (Port Aventura theme park in Salou, Aquopolis water park in La Pineda, water sports, sailing excursions, maritime promenades, etc...) are easily accessible (by car or public transports) as well as the main cities of tarragona (10 kms), Reus(15 kms) and Barcelona (100 kms).
