This Georgian building is full of character with sloping walls, ceilings and floors. Staying here is a real treat, something that will be a warm part of your memory of visiting Soho, London. Neutrally decorated and furnished. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Soho. Private Studio -Bright and airy room with 3 windows overlooking the Soho sky-line. -Wi-Fi connection -2 double beds (150cm x 200cm) with comfortable mattresses -The sofabed is a comfortable, contemporary design that can sleep a 5th and 6th guest -TV with Freeview channels -Wardrobe with hangers -Iron and ironing board -Hairdryer NOTE - if you are 3-4 guests and require the sofabed please let us know in advance so we can prepare that for your arrival Private Kitchen -All the modern conveniences you would require from a kitchen for basic cooking -Kettle with tea/coffee making facilities including complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener and milk -Washing machine, no dryer, drying rack provided Private Bathroom This is a very small bathroom which is typical of a top floor Soho apartment - it also has sloping ceilings which give the room lots of character. -Shower -Sink -Toilet The health and safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us. We have implemented several safety features to help guests feel safe in our listings; these include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Also for any little accidents we have provided a first aid kit. CLEANING FEE We are committed to cleaning our property to a very high standard. Our cleaning fee includes the collection, laundering, and delivery services of bedding and towels. PLEASE NOTE: Guests should be aware that in UK homes we do not make up our beds with ‘top sheets’. The fitted sheets on the bed and the duvet/pillow covers are all provided freshly cleaned for each new guest. However, top sheets are provided in the wardrobe for guests to use if required. Guest access Totally self contained apartment with private kitchen and private bathroom. Access to the building is gained via communal staircase. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - Due to the amazing central location, the area is very busy and therefore street noise is inevitable. Please consider this before you book. We provide earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. If you are sensitive to noise, then it may be best to stay outside of the city centre, although that doesn’t sound like much fun to us :) INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHECK IN CHECK IN IS FROM 3PM We operate a key box self-check in service.
