The Sapporo Prince Hotel is the nearest major hotel to this property. 【Information on virus measures at our accommodation】 This accommodation facility use clean bedclothes adequately-disinfected at linen supply service. Electric key pad on the door and light switches among other things are disinfected with alcohol. Also we make sure every time if my staff have health concern or not and they clean the room with disposable plastic gloves. And after you check in, each guest needs to take a picture of him/herself in the room and send me via Airbnb app for identity verification. Using too much hot water and electricity may cause those supplies to stop temporarily. There is a guide in the apartment with a list of steps you can take if a problem occurs. ☆I provide 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for guests staying between 1-6 nights. 1 provide 2 bath towels and 2 face towels for guests staying 7 or more nights. Since there is no cleaning or changing linens during your stay, please bring your own extra towels if you need or use washing machine. I don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste or fabric softener. Please prepare your own. ☆If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform me first since it is not free of charge. ☆My cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the room. ☆In wintertime (from November to March), I recommend getting anti-slip shoe grips such as ice cleats to prevent slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town. Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy countries like here in Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared! If there is parking violation, you will be charged 10000JPY by the management office. ★You’ll be charged 10,000 yen and actual expenses in these situations. 1．When you forget to insert the parking pass into the machine when you go in and out of the parking lot. (Insert the parking pass even if the gate is open!) 2．When you forget to take the parking pass after inserting it into the machine. (But don’t drive backward to go into the parking lot to get the parking pass! The gate will close and the parking pass will become unusable.) 3．When an emergency or an unexpected incident happens and there is a need for the management office’s help. 4．When you lose the parking pass. 5．When you forget to return the parking pass after use. 6．When the parking pass becomes unusable.
