Llandudno Beach House -views of sea, beach & rocks

Welcome to The Beach House, where you can enjoy one of the best views in Cape Town, in a relaxed, luxury, and safe self-catered home. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighbourhood, the house offers 4 ensuite double bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, ample living and dining space, garden, pool, and off-street parking. The space The Beach House was designed with its amazing views in mind, from inside the house with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, to the terrace, the garden, by the pool, or from the bedrooms’ balconies, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Llandudno beach, the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, and the Twelfth Apostle at the end of Table Mountain. With Robben Island in the distance, and whales, dolphins and seals visitors to the Llandudno bay, the Beach House offers it all. Inside, the ground floor has large sliding doors that open up to the garden, retracting into the walls in the sun room so you can enjoy indoor-outdoor living. Oak floors are throughout, and the interiors are all sourced by a local designer, creating a calm, warm and welcoming environment. Upstairs, the four ensuite bedrooms, each with their own balconies, offer amazing views of the beach and mountain. Our eco credentials? We store 10,000 litres of rainfall, filtration and purification system, which is used to water the garden and house, and solar panels on the roof to generate and store our own electricity (90%). The garden features indigenous and local flowers and is visited by beautiful colourful birds, and the pool is surrounded with reclaimed stone and granite from the house’s renovation in 2012. We also worked with local designers on the interiors and prints in the house. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for someone in a wheelchair due to the stairs up to the bedrooms. Guest access The house is yours to use together with the garden, the pool (with swimjet), the terrace, the herb garden. We also have our lovely cleaner Julia who comes into the house three mornings a week, at no extra cost. Julia is a favourite among our guests, and is famed for her hugs! Other things to note The house is not suitable for someone in a wheelchair due to the stairs up to the bedrooms.
