Description
We are renting a beautiful, quiet, renovated old building apartment in the middle of Dresden's Hechtviertel. It is about 65 square meters and consists of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom) and a spacious kitchen with balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but the beautiful shops, bars and cafes of Dresden Neustadt are all within walking distance. Parking is free of charge in the streets around the house, but the connection to public transport is also very good. The space The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen with balcony, a living room and a bedroom, of course a bathroom and a large hallway. The bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people, as there is a 1.60 m wide double bed and another bed, which can also be pulled out to 1.60 m wide. The living room is also a separate room (NOT a walk-through room) where you can stay on a 1.60 m wide box-spring sofa bed. It is also equipped with a TV, toys for the little ones, lots of books and board games. The kitchen offers everything you need for everyday needs. It is equipped with a stove and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a bathtub in which you can also shower. Unfortunately, there is no space for a washing machine. If you need to wash things, you can always use our washing machine next door for free. We of course provide bed linen, towels and bath towels. Guest access The apartment is rented completely and can therefore be used completely separately. Other things to note Since we have a child ourselves, we know about the peculiarity of traveling with a child. So we will provide you with a children's travel bed and a high chair on request and also a stroller on request. There is also a potty and a toilet seat reduction in the bathroom. Toys are also available. If you need anything else, we'd be happy to discuss it and find a solution.
