Beautiful nineteenth century authentic fully restored Mexican house, with a government award for cultural heritage restoration. Enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast throughout your stay for the number of people registered in the reservation (sandwich or chilaquiles + American coffee or box juice + hand fruit) in our cafeteria; you have the option to upgrade by paying the difference if you crave something else from our menu (we close on Tuesdays) The space Most of our cleaning products are biodegradable, including the shampoo and soap provided to our guests. The house has an automatic electric door handle to enter and exit with a code, so check-in can be as late as you want. We are the main sponsor of a local advice and map project called Antiturista. Each studio has a physical map at check-in and a digital copy is also provided in the confirmed reservation. You'll love this authentic Mexican experience from the moment you set foot in this beautiful home. Guest access Guests have access to the terrace, where they can have dinner or hang out. You can use the tub (not hot) and a large equipped kitchen. Our staff is on the property during office hours to help you keep the place clean and tidy. Each room has a set of keys for privacy. During your stay Our staff is on the property from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to help you with whatever you need; before or after that time we can help you through messages. Other things to note • Check in any time after 3:00 PM. • Moderate quiet hours after 10:00 PM • Cost for laundry (washer and dryer): $200.00 MXN (we are not liable for damages) • No parties and/or events (fine of $5,000.00 MXN) • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms (fine of $3,000.00 MXN) • Ask about our photo shoot packages Pets • Pet fee: $200.00 MXN per stay • 1 small/medium pet up to 40cm at the shoulder per studio, always accompanied and attentive to their needs. • Leaving your pets alone in the room is prohibited (fine of $1,500.00 MXN) If you need an iron, let us know and we'll put it in your room before you arrive.
