Master Suite #1 (sleeps 4)- Located on the top floor: One Queen Bed; One pull out Queen sofa bed, One flat screen TV; Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanities. Master Suite #2 (sleeps 2)- Located on the lower level. One queen bed, TV, full bath and double vanities; walk out access to the balcony and hot tub. Bunk room (sleeps 5) - Located on the lower level. One full/twin bunk bed, and One twin/twin bunk bed. A 32” TV and Blueray/DVD player. Full bath for this room located just outside the room. 2 Parking spaces are available (1 inside and 1 outside the garage) Guest access Guests will have access to all three floors of the townhome. The condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests Other things to note The house is fully equipped with place settings for 10, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and plastic mugs for the kids. A spice rack is available with common spices for community use. We provide 10 towels for each rental. A washer and dryer on the 1st floor is available if you need to do laundry during your stay.
