A stunning, bright, very well-equipped and recently renovated manor house with a lot of comfort in the middle of a small Gascon village and with spectacular views of the vineyards of Plaimont. 20 km from Marciac. The space The house has two levels with the 4 bedrooms upstairs (each for 2 people), 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family of 6 adults with 2 children. The bedrooms each have a large double bed, except for one bedroom which has 2 single beds, preferably for children. Downstairs, from the entrance, you go from a spacious hallway to a very bright living room with a large corner sofa, and a separate area with a dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a table with 8 chairs. Guest access The garden that directly surrounds the house is fenced and will take you to the indoor pool. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are also available. A small road separates the second part of the garden with many fruit trees and a small hut with private parking for 4 cars. Other things to note The village is located in the Gascony region, close to Marciac, with many outdoor activities during the summer, such as local markets, flea markets, music festivals such as the famous Jazz à Marciac, internationally acclaimed. Many vineyards surround the village of Pouydraguin, ready to be discovered, such as Madiran, Saint Mont, Côte de Gascogne to name a few. For families with children, there are many castles and fortified towers to discover, canoeing, bike rail and many swimming lakes.
