"Artzie's Cottage Upstairs Suite" Private And Cozy

Your upstairs suite is private & has it’s own key locked entry once you enter our 1948 cottage home’s front door using a keypad. You will love this upstairs spacious & clean suite! The fully equipped kitchen is across the hall from your bedroom. We are located on an organic 1/2 acre with a white picket fence & lots of trees on a dead end street! There is easy access to most of Eugene (UO- about 7 miles & airport 4.1 miles). I do all I can to welcome you and ensure you enjoy your stay here! The space Your upstairs suite is newly remodeled, furnished & painted. It is bright & cozy. Most of the artwork is created by local artists. Keyless self entry into our 1948 cottage’s front room. Once you enter our home- your private upstairs suite has its own entry with key locked door. Suite has a fully equipped kitchen & is a separate area from the bedroom. The lovely & spacious bedroom has a firm queen bed with a memory foam topper, work space, a futon sofa can convert to a twin bed (when requested), new ductless A/C & heater, smart TV, wifi, USB ports, & black out curtains. Bathroom has a shower & extra amenities. Both driveway and street parking are available. We have a friendly labradoodle named Buddy Boy. He is hypoallergenic- no shedding! He stays with us downstairs in the back part of our home and backyard. Guest access Guests will enter via our home's blue front door using your unique keyless self entry code that you will be sent before your arrival day. Once inside our home’s entry - you will discover a keyed door to the left of the front door you just entered that opens to your private upstairs suite! The upstairs suite and the front yard is for guests’ use. The front yard is very private with a large maple tree, butterfly bushes, roses, lilacs and a flowering hedge with a picket fence for added privacy. Guest parking is on the right side of driveway & is clearly marked. Please park only on the right side of the driveway so our car can access the garage from the left side. Most homes on our dead end street are on large lots in a quiet residential neighborhood so there is also plenty of street parking in front of my house too. Other things to note Buddy Boy is our hypoallergenic labradoodle who lives here. He does not shed! He may or may not bark upon your arrival as he is very friendly and extroverted. However, he will be in the back of the house- separate & downstairs, along with me- unless you care to meet him (or me)! I'd like to meet you some time during your stay. I also understand if you want your privacy. Please only 2 guests who are listed in the reservation. No overnight guests who were not listed in the reservation for safety reasons. No smoking or vaping on the property. Reserving guest will be fined $300 if there is an unlisted overnight guest, or any smoking or vaping. I welcome any guests included on the reservation!
