Contact us prior to booking . 45 min north to Lambeau field in Green Bay🏈 2 hours north of Milwaukee airport ✈️ The space When you arrive you will see a large wrap around front porch. Perfect to enjoy a sunset while watching boats pass by. Gas grill to enjoy some meals with! After you’ve entered the door code, you will enter into the open concept kitchen , dining and living room. Directly off the kitchen is the full bathroom. The whole home has brand new beautiful windows (Nov 2022). Brand new furnace installed Nov 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig(and k cups), toaster and dishwasher! Lots of cupboard space to unpack for your stay. In the living room is a couch, sitting chairs, games books and smart tv. Log into your favorite Netflix or Hulu show. Through the living room is the stair way to the bedrooms upstairs (12 steps) When you get to the landing upstairs you will be in the small kitchen/ living nook. Mini fridge, sink cupboard space. The master bedroom is large with 2 queen beds and window unit AC installed June 2023 . Master bedroom directly connected to a half bath. This half bath has shared access by the second bedroom upstairs - another queen bed. Brand new 12 memory foam mattresses (June 2022) brand new flooring in the entire upstairs. Slowly Bringing life back to this 1920 marina home. Basement: Washer and dryer Love to read? Take a Book, Leave a Book! We love sharing stories, and now you can too! We also suggest launching your boat from there as our ramp is quite steep. Guest access There is an outdoor bathroom that marina guests use along with fish cleaning station near to the home Other things to note This is a marina house so marina customers use the bathroom(not part of the Airbnb at all- but connected to the home- on the backside of the house). They will just come up on the porch and walk to the back. Not the same bathroom as the home. They may also use fish cleaning station
