This centrally located town house is tasteful, bright, homey and chic. You have a bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 foldable bed), dining area, open kitchen and south-facing balcony. In the middle of the Pijp, 1 step outside the door and you are sitting on nice hip terraces and surrounded by local Amsterdam. Public transport around the corner. Close to - Albert Cuyp market - Heineken experience - Sarphati park - Boarding canal cruise boat - Museum Quarter - Leidseplein Everything is within walking distance! The space Welcome to our spacious and cozy apartment in Amsterdam! Take a moment to read whether this apartment is suitable for your stay. Bedrooms: Our rooms are equipped with two double beds, one of which is a sturdy folding bed in the walk-in closet and one queen size bed in the master bedroom. One room overlooks the inner garden and the other on the street side. Please note that the street side can sometimes be a bit noisy, especially on weekends. Although the high double windows block some of the noise, we sometimes recommend using earplugs. Bathroom: Enjoy our walk-in shower with plenty of towels, a hairdryer and amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Kitchen: Our kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and all necessary cooking utensils and herbs for a comfortable stay. Dining area: Relax and enjoy our dining area with beautiful wallpaper and four comfortable chairs. Living room: The living room has large windows with a French balcony, where you can look out over the street and the Gerard Douplein. Relax on the large sofa or take a seat on one of the two chairs. Balcony: On our balcony, you will find a dining table for two and a lounge set for four, complete with outdoor lighting. Additional amenities: We have a washing machine and dryer available. Let us know if you want to use this. Please note that our apartment is not very large and that we need to use spaces efficiently. It is not a hotel, but an Airbnb where my personal belongings are located. In the master bedroom, you will find a black closet and a drawer for clothes, and in the walk-in closet room, there are three compartments for folded clothes, along with a foldable and mobile rack that is available. If you need extra storage space for suitcases, please let us know, we have extra storage space available downstairs. The Apartment is on the third floor of a modern Amsterdam building.
