Livingston Mannor, Roscoe and many more towns are just moments away! With a quiet desk space, screen set up and super fast internet it's the perfect place to set up a remote office. Go for a swim on your lunch break and come back refreshed. The space is beautifully styled with all brand new furniture for Summer 2023. Light and airy, the open plan living room is perfect for lounging around reading one of the many books from our collection, having dinner under the windows overlooking the lake or standing around the kitchen island having a drink. We have a stack of boardgames, wood stove for the colder nights, tea & coffee, soda stream and always leave a few drinks in the fridge. Throughout the house we have added original art work, stacks of books, and thoughtfully styled furniture designed for you to enjoy every inch of the space. With one King and one Queen room, there is plenty of space for everyone. The larger of the two bedrooms has a well lit desk and large screen with enough space to get what you need to done with the super fast internet access provided. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a large rainwater shower head. The enormous deck stretches the full length of the house and leads you out the the 1/2 of an acre of private property, with BBQ, outdoor fire pit, hammock, and ample of grass to lay about in the dappled sunlight under the trees. Looking for a swim? We have shared lake access to the private lake under a 5 minute walk from the front door. With a shared pontoon and chairs by the water it is one of the few local lakes that is naturally spring fed from Hunter Mountain. The water it is beautifully clean, fresh and warm in the summer months. If you're a fisher, bring your gear it's well stocked. Having all your activities coverage, including just relaxing in the quiet of the woods, it's the best place close to Livingston Manor. We love this little lakeside cabin and meticulous maintain it so you can enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The house and grounds are all yours! Full and private access to the property ground, house and amenities. We are lakeside with views from our deck. There is a vacant private property on the lake front of the street which is not for the use of the guests. Our lake access is just a couple of minutes walk down the road.
