In this apartment you can spend a quiet and at the same time special vacation. From here you can enjoy a striking view of Lake Como, being just 40 meters from the water. A 2-minute walk away there is a free swimming beach, reachable by passing through the characteristic historic center of the village of Olcio. The space The apartment consists of 3 rooms and a private bathroom for a total of 65 sqm on the ground floor of a detached historic house. There are two bedrooms, one with a maxi double bed and one with a divisible double bed, for a total of 4 beds and, upon request, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Just 300 meters away, you can dine in a restaurant with a beautiful terrace on the lake, otherwise on the beach there is a lido where you can eat toast, sandwiches and piadinas. And after lunch you can enjoy a good ice cream in the ice cream parlor with a small garden overlooking the lake. Just 2 km in both directions there are other restaurants to choose from: at the time of booking we will send you a small guide to start "visiting" the lake from your home. The apartment is in a strategic location from which you can reach all the characteristic locations of the lake, such as Varenna. Just under a kilometer away is a well-equipped and well-managed beach. The village is in the immediate vicinity of the center of Mandello where you can find all the necessary amenities, such as supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as the Moto Guzzi Museum. Starting directly from the village, you can reach the mountain trails of the district such as the Grigna area and the Wayfarer's Path. If you want to have a special experience, you can reach the Mandello pier where you can depart for a trip on Lake Como aboard the characteristic boats, to visit the most famous places and villas of the Lake.
