The Port Hole is a self contained house situated on an arable farm one and a half miles from the scenic village of Portmahomack, 7 miles from the A9 and NC500. The property has a sitting room , shower room, kitchen, and upstairs, a large bedroom with kingsized bed and a seating area. There is a private walled garden with a hot tub, firepit/BBQ, overlooking barley fields, for the exclusive use of guests. Private parking. Please note, there is no facility for charging electric vehicles. The space On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with wood burning stove, sofa, chairs and TV. There is a well equipped kitchen with seating, and a shower room. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with seating area. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire property and garden area. The garden has seating, a firepit/BBQ , external lighting and a hot tub. Other things to note The Port Hole is a great situation for exploring the outdoors with many coastal walks nearby. The clifftop overlooking the Moray Firth is approximately 500 metres away and is a good spot for dolphin watching and observing the birdlife. Short Term Licence No.-HI-20292-F
