Polita is a Tiny House 200 meters from the beach with a great, good-sized swimming pool. We built it with passion for you to enjoy. Here you'll have everything you need to relax. You'll be a few steps away from the most beautiful and quiet beaches and close to beach clubs and restaurants. It has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them on the private deck surrounded by greenery while lying on the hammock. The space The tiny house is on private land along with the school bus. Both share a pool. If you are looking for private use of the pool or have a dog, we have another listing to rent the entire property (Tiny house + School bus). In the accommodation you will have drinking water, coffee, oil, vinegar and salt. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pan, pots and everything you may need for cooking. You can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool that is right at the entrance of the house that only you will use. You'll also find some books, board games, and a yoga mat. The deck is designed for you to enjoy the place when you don't want to go to the beach. It is roofed to protect you from the sun and rain and you will have a table, hammocks, beach chairs, fan and outdoor shower. All surrounded by vegetation to maintain privacy during your stay. Guest access The plot where the tiny house is located is fenced. Inside the plot is a school bus converted into a home where the owners are sometimes and sometimes it is also rented and with whom the garden and pool are shared. Each has its own private deck. Other things to note It has a very good Starlink satellite internet. The speed is usually stable and good. The water heater works very well.
