This accommodation is a 7-minute walk to the beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. Outside you can enjoy your swim in your private pool or relax in the white living room or in the garden rich in flowers. The space The villa is situated within the Naxian resort in the Pyrgaki area and had its own private swimming pool and garden. The building is divided in 3 floors; a) Ground floor including an open space living room and kitchen and one bathroom b) lower ground floor including an open space living room and kitchen; a bathroom, one double bedroom with queen size bed and another room with two sigle beds; c) First floor including one double bedroom with queen size bed and another room with one sigle bed and a bathroom. Guest access Guest have the whole villa, the pool and the private garden all for themselves Other things to note Please note that for 8 guests occupancy a sofa bed is set up in the lower level living room, as shown in the photos (no.34 -35) of the listing.
