Employees from UPMC have found this to be a very convenient location as it's only about a 5 minute drive through residential areas with little to no traffic at all hours. The GAP, C&O Canal, Amtrak train station and downtown Cumberland are a short ride away. We own and manage the laundry facilities on the properties here and our tenants enjoy the convenience of not having to leave the property for a laundromat. A personal access code can be made for our longer term guests who may need to use the facility outside the regular hours of operation (9am-9pm). Please just make us aware and ask.
