Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Kasarbaug is a cottage situated among hills next to Kasarsai dam. The cottage consists of a 350 sq ft master bedroom along with an attached bathroom and fully functional kitchen. The cottage has a patio with earthy furniture and has a sprawling beautiful garden. The second bedroom is a seperate prefab home consisting of a bedroom, attached bathroom and a patio. The property is extremely scenic situated close to Hinjewadi IT park, Pune The space The property is situated alongside Kasarsai dam which is close to (10km) Hinjewadi IT Park, Pune. The reservoir or the lake can be viewed from the property. There are a variety of indigenous flowering plants, creepers and trees which are usually found in villages. To mention a few we have trees like mango, papaya, guava, jambhul, mulberry, amla, rudraksh and flowers like roses, mogra, jaswandi, lilies typically used in village households. We don't boast of Kasarbaug being a luxurious villa, in fact we have tried to maintain its simplicity to encounter the feel of living in a village house. We encourage our clients to go for a walk in the evenings and mornings, enjoy the sunset and the sunrise, you can even go for a trek on the hill behind the house. There are fans and air conditioning provided in both rooms. We have also kept portable fans that can be shifted to the patio and garden. The weather in summer goes above 35 deg and winters can be very cold. Our aim is to inspire our guests to enjoy the outdoors, experience nature and its rawness in different seasons, immerse in the simple yet mesmerising elements of nature, like the trees, the water, the sky, birds, flowers and eventually "yourself". Guest access The guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The property is in a complete rural setting but we have tried our best to provide modern amenities. Regarding mobile network as per our experience jio works quite well. Other networks work decently outside the cottage. Note - In case of MSEB failure we have provided inverter backup on which lights and fan will work, but airconditioner , refrigerator and water boiler will not work. There can be load shedding on thursday till 6 pm. Rules - Strictly no music after 10 pm. There are police rounds at night.
